Our understanding on the cold adaptation of psychrotolerant bacteria in cold niches of Antarctica got highlighted in the public platform. A Hindi newspaper "Pravat Khabor mentioned the importance of work in detail and Nature India highlighted the work recently. 


A step ahead of our usual level of publications!!!!!! Our paper just got accepted in J. Phys.Chem.Lett. This work can contribute untold story of molecular level details on adaptation uniqueness of psychrophiles of cold niches of Earths biosphere. Congratulations Shakkira!!!!!!

A news of happiness for our research group during this hard COVID time. Our Paper got just accepted in Chem. Phys. Lett. Lets congratulate Vikas and Archita for their sixth and first paper respectively !!!!!!! The paper was a part of Architas MSC project work under Dr. snehasis Daschakraborty. The paper is the first publication under SERB funding.

Shakkira became second runner up of RSD 2020 "Research in 3 minutes" contest organised by IIT patna. Heartly congrats shakkira for this acheivement. She presented her talk on the ongoing work of "understanding the adaptation of psychrophiles".

Vikas won Third prize for best oral presentation in ICFAC organised by Mahatma Gandhi Central University Motihari Bihar. Congrats vikas for your performance.

Another paper on probing the mystery of modelled lipid bilayer got accepted from our group in Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys. It gives us immense pleasure and lets congratulate Shakkira for this work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
